One thing to be aware of while using a S60 phone with a QWERTY keyboard on Cingular's network should 'technically' be on the higher priced PDA data plans. It's in the data plan contract wording.
Whether or not you get it (QWERTY device) working, signed up, and on a less expensive plan is another story.

And, another interesting one I saw....is that Cingular can see your IMEI number and phone make/model via the SIM cards, regardless of if you call and activate and/or tell them you have a different phone.
