Best reception, no funny stuff...

Hi,

I was wondering what is the best phone in terms of reception and audio quality.

I using FIDO network with Nokia 3360. I'd like to upgrade to get a better phone.

I don't care for color screen, cameras and other BS. I just need a phone
that would give me the best reception and voice quality.

Are you taking an upgrade from Fido or are you choosing to purchase on your own from another source?

If from Fido, go with the SE z520a or Nokia 6670

If elsewhere, go SE w600i, Nokia 6230b Motorola v635 is good as well. For pure performance, just go with the 6230b.
 
I'm kinda novice, so sorry for asking this, but

Can I buy Nokia 6230b or any other phone and ask FIDO to activate
it, or do I have to buy from FIDO if I want to stay with FIDO?

Do you know if there is any difference in voice quality between Nokia 6020 nd 6670?

Since fido is GSM and if I remember correctly the 3360 is a tdma phone, you'll have to get a new plan and sim from fido. If it works like it works in the states, they'll make you sign a new contract so you might as well go with one of the phones that fido offers. If you want a different one, you could always sell the phone that fido gives you to help you pay for whichever one you want
 
Thanks. I'm on "pay as you go". I'll probably will have to get the monthly
plan and get the phone from them.

What is your pick? I'm looking for best voice quality and reception!!!

Are they the same in these terms?
