What quad band GSM phone that will work with Cingy in the Southeast has the best camera?

Well there is the Triband SE K790a with both the 850/1900 needed by Cingy. If you are traveling overseas and really need the extra 900 band then there is the QuadBand Nokia N73.

Nope. Doesn't need QuadBand or even triband for that matter. Cingular justs uses two band 850/1900 so all you need is Dual Band. The other two band 900/1800 are used in other countries.

Does SE 790a come from Cingy or does only come unbranded? And if so would I have to get someone to load Cingy stuff on it to use all of there services?

Comes only unbranded or branded to Rogers in Canada.

Voice and SMS will work as soon as you put the SIM in. WAP/MMS settings must be sent from the SE support website.

that would probably be a good idea since you could even get it through cingular...although unlocked is always better and you can find it for around $200. it has a good camera too

If you are thinking of getting the w810, why not go for the k550i, slim, good looking, near same or better features!
