Throwing a bachelorette in two weeks. It is spy-themed for the bride-to-be (spy-to-be, Agent Honeypot) and I am trying make sure any snacks I serve at her bachelorette are going to be light and aren't going to effect her the next day. She has a 1pm wedding.
I am going to have strawberry and kiwi granitas so far, in addition to a light lemonade (to cut down on acid and sugar). Any other ideas? Are there any safe cheeses I could use to make individual cheese balls rolled in herbs and/or nuts?
