best plan for me?

ok i dont use cell phone that much so i wanna get a plan for 29.99/month 300 min with a free Nokia 6126 2yr contract or i could get a free Sony Ericsson W300i, 450 min for 39.99/month with 2yr contract but this one have activation free of 35 dollars and the other one dont, which shall be best for me?
i think sony ericsson W300i is better than nokia 6126, and W300i can record phone conversation and 6126 doesn't. but W300i has beeping during recording
 
it seems no activation fees to me, i need help.
which phone should i choose, i thought about the nokia 6126 because it's free for a retail price of 199.99.

i'd go with the nokia because im pretty sure the one youre talking about is on t-mobile and the w300 is on att...am i right? if so, should you ever want internet access on your phone its only $5 a month on tmobile where att charges through the nose...trust me...unless tmobiles coverage is horrible in you area stay away from at&t
