Best place to lvl up my fishing in WOW?

im lvl 145 fishing and im in the alliance where can i lvl up faster and what are some items i can use to catch some high lvl fish im lvl 39 so no places where i can get killed by lvl ?? horde
 
In the past it used to be various locations based on your fishing skill. But now you can fish anywhere and get your score up. When my score was at 370, I fished in Thunder Bluff's little pond till it was 400. So its not required to go to various locations to improve fishing as it did in the past.

So you don't killed by the horde, you can fish in relative safety at the small pond in Ironforge.
 
Well, I'm not sure if you're worried about not being able to fish in certain zones, but they did remove the level requirements for the zones so you can fish anywhere. That being said, you might only catch junk in the zone if it is higher than your fishing level.

Straglethorn Vale is my rec commendation though. To quest there, you only need like level 30-40 so you should be okay, but I make no promises. However, I think it's your best bet.
