downtown fremont..lived here since 72
the strip well cost you big bucks
actually..a machine is a machine..it really doesn't matter.Your gonna hear stuff like '' this machine is hot''..''this machine is cold''..etc etc..do not listen to none of that stuff...that is a myth...a machine is a machine...that's all..i watched a documentary on it one night..the guys that build the machines rolled their eyes and laughed at people that say those things...good luck and welcome to las vegas...have fun!..don't forget to go to hoover dam..lake mead..red rock canyon and mt. charleston to have some of their chili...lots to do without gambling...when you get to fremont street..you will see lots of booths on the fremont st experience..they have discount coupons for you...also...downtown fremont is more like a home area, you can wear bluejeans all day,who cares...the strip?..it seems like you have to be dressed up...when you are on the strip..check out the fashion show mall...expensive though,we also have a mall on maryland pky..it's about a 10 minute drive from the strip going east...lots and lots of night clubs...be careful though on fremont st at night time, lots of bums asking for stuff..when you are downtown fremont...leave the nice jewelry at home in your motel..don't wear it downtown..only wear it on the strip at your nice resorts...be careful.
