Best Phone to Tether?

Hi all,

I'd like suggestions on the best phone I can walk into a Cricket store, buy, and tether out of the box. I don't really want to flash anything. If there is a big advantage to one phone over another and requires a little work, I'll consider it. Thanks all!

You might have to flash the phones that you get and or edit something on the phone, you can try a Motorola those are easy to Mod and or have the highest shot of you being able to Tether

Any suggestion on which moto to get? I have some experience flashing Motorola.

Get the Z6m or if they still have the V9m in stock right now there the only Moto's that cricket has right now that have 3G, the other ones are only 1X (2.5G)

out of those that you listed only the V3c and V3m the V3s is a 1X only phone not a 3G you can get it but you be doing 56k speeRAB at best

Thanks. I have an old VZW V3c I think I'll use. I can flash it with the Alltel monster and follow the instruction for the V3m, load the Cricket PRL, and then activate? Tethering should work with that setup?
