Best phone to surf the net and read?

Hi, I'm just about due for my phone upgrade, I'm with AT&T btw. I'm a complete geek and love to read fan fiction, I was wondering which phone is best with surfing the net and reading? I've been considering the BlackBerry Torch because I'm a major texter and I like the full key board.
Any recommendations?
