Best phone/provider/plan for up to the minute stock quotes

anything?? its not for me. its for a friend of the family. price is no issue. he has tons of money. and makes it all from the stock market. must be nice. he travels all over the world. wants a full keypad. and must be able to get up to the minute stock quotes. no 15 minute lag crap.
 
Umm... even stock quotes online are delayed by 15 minutes. There isn't really any way to get around that AFAIK, unless you're actually at the stock exchange. Anyway.. for someone like him, I'd reccommend a blackberry- quadband, so it's perfect for world roaming, and with internet capability, he can go to whatever his favorite stock site is.
 
Actually, most online trading sites offer real-time stock quotes. You often need an account with them, but the quotes are real time.

As for the a phone/provider that does it, I don't know. Trying to figure that out myself.
