best phone I can get for ~$500AUS ($370US)

I need a new phone. I dont care what phone it is but here are my guidelines

large memory or memory card slot
decent quality video camera
small in size
budget of ~$500AUS or $370US
The most important factor for me is functionality. I want something that wont lag and stuff when I am messaging and stuff.
