Best PHONE as a gift?

I plan to buy my mother a new phone. I know she likes the Razr but I'm thinking about getting her the Nokia 6131.

I have basiclly narrowed it down to both these phone but if you know of something any better thats good to.

She will not use it for any net services, and I think a smartphone might be too techy for her taste.

Reception
Bluetooth
Battery Life
No antenna
decent camera

are the most important.

I also just posted this in Howardforums.

I would highly recommend the 6131/6133. It has a much better screen, better camera, and an interface that is more understandable, especially to the older generation not that familiar with cell phones. The only thing, though, is that it doesn't have as good as a battery, but that's one price to pay for a GREAT phone.

What carrier are you going with? Since your number one priority appears to be reception, you need the best carrier where she will use the phone - live, work, travel, play, etc. No matter how good the device is, it is worthless without the right carrier.

Once you decide on the carrier, then you can start looking for a phone.

She already has Cingular using a Moto V400 phone. Reception is Good, but some phones just have better reception than others. Most Nokias have better reception then Motos.

I'm most likely going to get the Nokia 6131/6133.

Sony Ericsson sounds nice, but I just don't trust their phones anymore. Not after my W550i had the WSOD, and my friends K???(forgot exact model) went crazy on him.
