Best PDA Phone Under $300

I am looking for a PDA phone for under $300 CAD. I am mostly just looking for WLAN WiFi, MP3 Player, and maybe a camera, but its not a NEED. I would like the phone to use appz like MSN Messenger, and be able to view word files. Any suggestions?
 
Where would i be able to get this under $300? I looked on ebay and its mostly over $400. And just to clarify, with wifi i could use free internet if i hook up to a router right? Thanks.
 
Ok thanks. I think I might just get it. Would i be able to trade for it. I have a W800i, used with cable, charger, 512 mb ms duo and i think now is the best time to sell/trade. I am going to be getting a w810 neways at the end of the month, for 200 (or less) on a new plan from rogers. I am going to sell that and get a m600i or something else. I just want a phone like the kjam to use internet and msn and stuff.

Edit: Oh i forgot to ask, with rogers would i need any special plan for the Wi-Fior could i keep the corporate plan? Also, if i wanted MSN messenger, would it be free or would i have to pay for it?
