I have the 8703e blackberry but im seeing if theres something maybe different for me out there.

What is the best PDA/blackberry device out there for Verizon?

I want a new phone, but dont want to get a typical flip or anything. I want a phone with internet, organizer, email, IM clients, etc.

"Cream of the crop"

Whats the best? (Treo, Blackberry, WindowsMobile, etc.?)

Thanks,
Sleam

id stick with blackberry to be honest. from the research ive done, Treos are overpriced - good as PDAs, good as mobile internet, terrible as phones. One of my buddies has a treo, i hate talking to him when hes on it.

The MotoQ seems good if you want something thats average

Blackberry just came out with a good product for verizon/sprint, the 8830. If i was going to buy a smartphone today, that would be it.

Hey Guy's I'm new to the Forum and I was curious about this same question. I am an Hvac technician that is in need of such a device so that I can VPN into my companies Network and access the computers that run my systems. My question is is there such a device that is this capable? And will it handle the rigors of my Job? I was looking at differant cases and I have to believe that there has to be one out there that can protect such a device??
Thanks Ralph

I have a samsung i760, and am wanting move to a blackberry. This is mainly because my wife has a blackberry and not only could we talk over BB messenger, but she would also be able to pick up my phone and use it. She is used to the BB interface, and would not learn a new one.
