Best PDA Phone for Sprint-Bay Area

What is the best pda phone that sprint has to offer, dont really care about the price but of course i dont want to spend an arm and a leg either,

im loooking at the 400 or below range. 400 being the max i would want to spend, less than that would be much better of course

My sister lives in the East Bay and she loves her sprint treo. I'd recommend the 700p.
