I am a first time mom and my son just turned 4. I had to ask his daycare at what age he goes into preschool and this is all really embarrassing. My parents are both behind the times since my youngest brother is 22. I am just not sure about anything as far as what happens in school, when he should start sports, or when he learns math...anything!
I looked at going to parenting classes in my area but they are more for divorced parents and how to handle the kids as far as pick-ups and girlfriends, etc. He has not had any discipline problems as of yet so I don't need any of those how to take care of an angry child books.
Any suggestions?..please none of the dummies books they are awful!
