Best Pairings in a movie.

Kate Winslet and Leonardo Di Caprio

In a completely cheesy way and I know people will probably moan but I do think Robert Pattinson and Kristen Bell are a good pairing.
 
I'll probably think of more soon, but for now I'll go with the first two names I thought of when I saw the thread title:

Robert De Niro and Charles Grodin in the very underrated Midnight Run. Anybody who has never seen this should seek it out. They work off each other very well. I've seen it countless times and they both still make me chuckle. This proves that De Niro can do comedy. He hasn't shown it very much since however.

Ellen Page and Michael Cera (Juno)
Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger (Brokeback Mountain)
 
When I was a kid growing up in Dubai, the local TV station used to show Bud Spencer and Terence Hill buddy films. Loved them then. When they stopped I used to love Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor films.
