best option for PDA phone?

im going to get rid of my Dell Axim and sony Z600 phone, i want to combine the 2 so i have only 1 thing to carry with me

so far im looking at the imate KJAM and the JasJar / qtek 9000

do any of you people have those? or a better option?

im looking for

GSM pda phone
VGA screen (not going back to QVGA unless i really have too)
ARM Processor (my pda apps are all for arm)
ram doesn't matter as i will have a 1GB SD/MiniSD
good talk time 3hrs+, 200hrs+ standby (needs to be better than my sony phone)
keyboard prefereably since i text message like a mofo
windows mobile 2003/2005 (all my apps are for WM)
 
If you don't care about the screen, I think the HP iPAQ H6315 is a good choice. I'm considering getting one myself. Check www.tigerdirect.com, they have it for $269.99, which is a damn good price.
