I alos really loved that "Princess Bride" kiss and the "Amelie" one. Actually, that entire scene is just amazing.
My latest favourite would have to be the first kiss that Joon and Sam have in "Benny and Joon". It's so hesitant and sweet and perfect.

Okay, this has been a largely hetero affair. :lol: Of course, it comes down to me to go gay, right? :lol:
The first one I thought of was Gael Garcia-Bernal and Diego Luna in Y Tu Mama Tambien. Not just because they were two hot Mexican boys (though that doesn't hurt), but because of the circumstances of the kiss. It was totally "in the moment" and very unplanned. It's even sadder after you realize the consequences of that kiss.
The other - on the opposite end of the spectrum - is Kevin Kline and Tom Selleck in In and Out. The first one. :lol: Not only was it funny, but it certainly set up a lot, storywise.

I think the one in the elevator in Romeo + Juliet with Leo Dicaprio and Clare Danes. The whole scene and the music is just perfect.

But right now, It's gotta be the kiss at the end of 'Anne of Green Gables The Sequel' between Anne and Gilbert. After watching them grow up fighting and flirting, the kiss seems to be worth it all in the end.

Sam/Josie- Never Been Kissed- the most romantic kiss ever, I loved the build up to it so much!
Thomas J/Veda- My Girl- the cutest kiss in cinematic history, it gives me goosepimples b/c of how adorable it is!
Mark/Juliet- Love Actually- such a sweet kiss ever!
Guy/Faye- That Thing You Do!- I just love the whole "When was the last time you were decently kissed? I mean, truly, truly, good and kissed.", & then he kisses her, omg, it's the best!
A.J./Grace- Armageddon- I loved every single one of their kisses, they are by far one of my fav. movie couples, they were just so sensual!
Preston/Amanda- Can't Hardly Wait- I loved their ending kiss, it was just so hot & so great!
Henry/Lucy- 50 First Dates- granted all their "First Kisses" were sweet, I particularly adored their kiss in the rain (of course, lol), it was the best one! The whole "Can I have one last, first kiss?", was so bittersweet!
Sebastian/Annette- Cruel Intentions- the one where he kisses her at the top of the escalator is my fav! The whole, "I'm impressed." "Well, I'm in love." thing, gets me everytime!
Peter/Wendy- Peter Pan ('03)- omg, their kiss was so sensual for being so young, it gave me shivers! I loved it!
Austin/Sam- A Cinderella Story- I adore kisses in the rain, & since it was a longer one than most, I had to have it on my list. I love the slow-motion falling of the rain, so romantic!
Matthew/Danielle- The Girl Next Door- their first kiss when he just goes to her & turns her around & kisses her, true romance!
Jake/Melanie- Sweet Home Alabama- their ending rain kiss was so romantic!
