Best Onscreen Kisses...No Lists

Satine and Christian right before Zidler catched them and Christian has lipstick all over him.
Han and Leia right before he is frozen and when C3PO walked in.
Anakin and Padme after that whole sand talk.
Baby and Johnny at the end of Dirty Dancing.
The Phantom and Christine at the very end. She kissed him twice!

I ADORE Pretty in Pink but I came here to post that their kisses were my least favorite in movie history. I think Andrew and Molly had chemistry but I don't know if he doesn't know how to kiss or what but it looked awkward to me.

My favroites have mostly been mentioned: Winona Ryder had great chemistry with Ethan Hawke (Reality Bites), Christian Slater (Heathers) and Michael Schoeffling (Mermaids) - movies full of good kisses!

Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling have top-notch chemistry - their kisses were incredible in the Notebook. I didn't like that movie at all - they MADE it for me.

I'll echo others on Amelie, Say Anything, GO (Claire and Todd) and Cruel Intentions.
 
oh....i'm so lazy....i snipped this from one of my earlier posts today because it fits into this thread.....

recently i saw "i am love" with tilda swinton......her "daughter" in the film shares a kiss with another young woman......in a great close up...pulling away from each other there's a strand of siliva between their two mouths which glistens in the sun and finally breaks....it's one of the best onscreen kisses i've ever seen on the screen between any type of couple...
 
I gotta go with..

Annabelle and Shane's first kiss in The Replacements with the voiceover and "Every Breath You Take".. amazing.

Along with Jack and Rose in Titanic. (Not one in paticular)

Noah and Allie in The Notebook. (Also not one in paticular)

Jamie and Landon in AWTR. (Again.. no specific. Although the wedding one is pretty high up)

John and June in Walk The Line.

and my all time favorite.. the kiss between Billy and Madolyn in The Departed.
 
Christian and Satine after the Elephant Love Melody. Also after El Tango De Roxanne when they decide to run away together, when Zidler finds out about them, and when she dies and Christian is crying and kissing her. Okay all their kisses are great.

Sam and Molly in Ghost when she's doing the pottery.

Curt and Brian from Velvet Goldmine right before Baby's on Fire.

Jack&Rose(Titanic)-from the first kiss till the last. They are so sweet and passionate.

Achilles&Briseis(Troy)-Most erotic kisses I've ever seen on screen which was why it made it so intense! You think after he flips her over onto the bed he's gonna do something bad but all he does w/ the knife to his throat is lean in gently to kiss her and then...:cool: It's hot.
 
I love the kiss between eric stoltz and mary stewart masterson in Some Kind Of Wonderful just the way he runs after her spins her around and kisses her - even when she has tears ouring down her face and a snotty nose ... so cute !!
