Best mp3 phone under $250-300???

Hey guys
Im having a hard time with this decision...
Basically I need a good quality mp3 phone with
transflash slot
video playing capability
gsm (prefer)
clamshell
under 250-300 CAN

Up till now Ive mainly checked out v3i, a920, and e815 but im sure theres plenty more I should check up on

Any suggestions as to what the best mp3 phone is?
dont like rokr and i think so far v3i is winning.....

The e815 is the best if your going cmda. The v635 is also a very good phone.

Okay, I'm a bit confused. Do you have two providers: one GSM and one CDMA? I ask because you say that you prefer GSM, but most of the phones you have listed are CDMA phones. In any case, E815 (CDMA) or V635 (GSM).

Well I would prefer gsm but its not that important.
Ive looked much more into the v635 and it really does seem like a good phone.
Out of curiousity, why do most people prefer the v635 over the v3i?
i thought the v3i would be the better one.
