Best Movie Opening Sequence...

Which movie, in your opinion, has the best opening sequence? It has to be something that captures your imagination from the get-go, and it has to tell you something about the film you are about to watch. Here's my nomination:

2001 A Space Odyssey
Once Upon a time in the West, I love the the way Sergio focuses on even the smallest of things, for example the water dripping onto the hat, and the fly buzzing around.
 
Ignoring all the wordy bit then this - Star Wars, changed cinema forever.

More recent films I agree with Saving Private Ryan, ferocious attack on the senses that never let go for 20 minutes, left me horrified and breathless.
 
I sort of meant the Omaha Beach landings. Dint want to link a video to that for age restriction reasons. If that dont count then I will have to retract and think again and get back to ya.
