Best movie music moment?

Queen's - 'Who wants to live forever' - in 'Highlander' as Mcleod's wife ages and dies, while he still only looks about 30.
Very poignant!

And yes - beating the Zombies in 'Shaun of the Dead' to the tune of Don't stop me now' :D

Right at the end of Phantom on the Opera whilst the two sing "Point of No Return" together, and when the Phantom runs onto the rooftop statue after "All I Ask of You", singing you will curse the day, etc.

Both Kill Bill vol. 1.

Both O Ren Ishi. the animated sequence, and the Crazy 88 arriving at the....can't remember the name of the place, but you know where I mean, the massacre site. Or infact the music from the fight scene with O Ren and The Bride. Both films have amazing musical direction, it's just a given in any Tarantino film.

Kill Bill Vol. 2- The scene between Elle and The Bride just about to go at each other with samurai sworRAB before the you know what part of the scene, with Ennio Morricone's A Silhouette of Doom playing over it, fantastic!

Just saw the title of the thread and was going to put that scene down myself... the whole scene is amazingly done... with all the characters singing along to the song. Very upsetting, yet beautiful.

I love this scene too - I admit I only watched the film cos I love Aimee Mann - BRILLIANT !!!! I don't think this has ever been done in any other film - totally off the wall

The scene in 'Blow' where Johnny Depp is at the height of his career, and he's walking through the airport with a white suit on to the sound of Black Betty. The epitomy of cool.

The end of Casino - bloodbath set to House of the Rising Sun.
