My favourite is another Merchant/Ivory classic.

Rupert Graves and James Wilbey's last kiss in Maurice. It is so romantic and uplifting
I dont think Rupert Graves has ever looked more beautiful than he did in Maurice :)

Also James Dean and Julie Harris's kiss on the Feris Wheel in East of Eden their chemistry was amazing.
