Best Motorcycle Movie

LOL.....heehehehhehhehhehhe. "Purple Rain" with Prince riding a Japanese 250 cruiser with HD looking parts was hilarious.

Okay...the only value of "biker boyz" was the stunt tricks and the mass amount of blinged out sportbikes. But the whole wearing a MX helmet while you ride a sportbike and "LID" reference and ending up drag racing vs dad on a D I R T road with S T R E E T B I K E S was too much and sort of embarassing. I said to myself, "I didn't know they made 190/55ZR17 motocross tires?!?!" and "Boy next time I drag race my bike, I better find the nearest farm road cuz I bet I can get that focused tunnel vision goin and go really really fast."

And Torque, the CGI was a lil much and the nitrous enhanced yami warrior chase scene was over the top. Oh wait, they got that focused tunnel vision speed scene too. The ultimate WTF scene was when the main character said something like "Yo dawg, the paved roads too hot. We better take that shortcut to old mexico/san ysidro." via the dirt and sand roads of the desert with our streetbikes. Then watch some MX bikes dressed in sportbike plastics jump the bushes into the darkness of the night. Now that's entertainment, LOL.

Now "Faster" was bad ass flik if not a glorified Pro-Rossi anti Biaggi propaganda film. I'm a Rossi fan so I enjoyed it. I even met the director @ the San Mateo INTL Motorcycle show.

I feel like a complete idiot, there are so many classic biker movies out there, I really dont know $hit. But like I said, the stoppies and wheelies and the overall tricks, you gotta admit where pretty cool. Storyline, is open to debate.
