A 383 would be the best choice to get the performance numbers that you want.
However the 200-R4 transmission that this car came with wouldn't last long. It is not made to handle the torque that a motor like this would make.
A 700-R4 would be a good choice. These were used in mid 80's to early 90's light trucks. Be prepared fr some sticker shock though.
The selection of torque converter depends on where the car will be used. Too high stall torque converter will get annoying very fast on the street. No more than 2200 for street use. If it is used on the track only put in as high stall converter as you want.
