Best minor to take with a major in Elementary Education?

I plan on changing my major to Elementary Education and I would like to take on a minor also, but I am unsure of what to take. I would love to teach English/Language Arts. For minors I have been considering reading, Spanish, psychology, English... If I minored in Spanish would I be expected to teach Spanish? Would a psych minor do any good at all? Would a reading minor help me to obtain a lang. arts job at a school? I'm not even sure what a reading minor curriculum would consist of? Should I even minor at all? I hear a good minor is special education, but I am not sure if teaching special ed is something I am wholeheartedly into.

As you can tell, I am highly confused, heh. Any help would be appreciated!
