Best Metalcore Guitarist

tears, how is the bfmv forum now days? i can't get in for some reason.

recycled riRAB have nothing to do with how good a song is. It's sad that metal fans think that.

oh, and metalcore vocalists are good, most of them anyways. why do people get all upset just because most of them can sing a little bit?

Maybe some people don't exactly want to hear all screaming that sounRAB the same dude

Maylene definitely has a good guitarist, but I don't really look at them as a metalcore band. They have the occasional breakdown or hardcore punk rhythm, but they just sound like a straight-up southern metal band.

Hmm, I agree that they aren't the typical metalcore band, but they definately have roots in there. In my eyes they were at the helm of the southern metal/ metalcore shift that took place 3-4 years ago. But i suppose it's in the gray area.

P.S. Maylene was cooler when they had 3 guitarists.

The best is a mixture imo.

But I haven't really been listening to them...BUT I just heard Road To Nowhere for the first time haha, usually I turn it off, but I left it on. And it actually get heavier from acoustic like in the middle...really good.

And I like the acoustic's of Hearts Bursts and Tears Don't Fall.

I've been listening to Escape The Fate for the last like 5 hours haha....they actually replied to a message I sent to them on MySpace so I'm like wooowwww!

Our Puzzling Encounters Considered, and then pick whichever album to go with next. They only have two other ones.

I suppose it wasn't a fair comparison, as I haven't even taken calculus yet. lol: Not until next year. I never have trouble with math, anyway. But I do forget it easily when I don't practice it.

The atmosphere is really, uh, mathematical is all I can think of with it. A whole bunch of nurabers that are related and complex, batting around the inside of your head in some sonic format. Gnomesain?

Synyster Gates probably.

I know you all hate A7X but he is sooo talented.

Bullet's guitarist also...just because he plays it 100% accurate live.

That is in fact correct. Which is unfortunate. I really like Lee Turner as a drummer. Of course Collum and Josh Cornutt are missed as well. This sort of thing happens to all great banRAB... It's a sad sad thing.

Damn haha.

Yeah, listen to This War Is Ours (Guillotine Part 2)...that's their heaviest off of new album.

They have a lot of light stuff, and a lot of heavy stuff, and one album with one singer and another with another singer haha.

And No Control JUST came on shuffle haha.
