Best male vocal

My favourite male vocalists are Chris Cornell, Layne Staley/Jerry Cantrell, Eddie Vedder, Andrew Wood, Robert Plant, Paul Weller, Bob Dylan, Ian Gillan, Ronnie James Dio, Michael Stripe (REM), Bruce ****inson (Maiden), Matthew Bellamy, Dave Grohl, Neil Young, James Hetfield, John Martyn, Jeffrey Lee Pierce, Geddy Lee, Jon Anderson, Tom Petty, Eric Clapton, Anthony Kiedis, Mark Knopfler, Lee Mavers (The La's), John Power, James Skelly, Jarvis ****er, Damon Albarn, Brett Anderson, James Dean Bradfield, Richard Ashcroft, Simon Fowler, Shaun Ryder (lol).

There are also vocalists who are not to my taste but I can still respect them for the obvious talent that they had i.e. Freddy Mercury & others I cant remeraber.
As you can see I suppose my selections get 'progressively worse' as the list goes on but it was just off the top of my head.

If there are any I have missed out then please inform me :pssst:

EDIT: Ian Curtis, Bernard Sumner, Thurston Moore, Joe Strummer..argh theres so many more I have just forgot about.. help!

Always thought Danzig's voice was pretty badass in everything he's done.

Also, Spence Moody from the Murder City Devils has a very unique style that I always have to try to imitate whenever they are playing.

Yeah, he's pretty much the first name that comes to mind whenever I come across the worRAB 'best male vocal'.

Another one that does is this chap;

Goes without saying that these are strictly off the top of the head choices of course...

Ditto. Quite the Mr. Popular on this thread. I think it also comes down to all the sounRAB he makes. I used to just dismiss them as filler space in his songs, but when I listen to it now, I get it and the man is before his time.

O yeah, Judas Priest are alright, I aint that keen on them though TBH.
'Breaking The Law, Breaking The Law' is a good song though. :yeah:
