I need some informations. Which is the best University in Japan to study Japanese language and culture for an International student? My University has partnerships with Meiji University, Waseda University, Keio University, Hosei University, Ritsumeikan University. Which is the best? You can give advices also for other Universities in Japan that you judge good.
