I agree that water is extremely important to integrate into your daily routine. No less than 64 ounces a day is recommended, which is only 4 bottles of the 1 pint size water bottles. I go to the gym 5 days out of 7 and drink no less than 1 gallon of water every day. My diet is fresh veggies, fruits, and grains...look at the food pryamid and my picture is beside it. And I still need to detox. For a lot of people, water isn't the only thing needed to cleanse the body. Everyone is different.

There are lifestyle changes one must make in order to feel good physically and mentally. And if one isn't prepared to change their lifestyle for the better, then a cleanse most likely will not have a lasting affect.
