Actually, i nearly forgot about the original 1960's version of 'The Haunting', very freaky film with an chilling atmosphere.

And of course 'Nosferatu'

The original the Haunting is a fantastic film. As is the original of Carnival of Souls. Nosferatu is deliciously creepy.

The Wicker Man for me. Throughout the film, you know something is not quite right. The ending is the most frighening ending to a film I think I've ever seen.

I watched it for the first time only a few years ago, but I knew what happened.

The whole film up to the ending was amazing, but knowing what happened lessened it somewhat for me.

Shame. I've never seen Sixth Sense because Daisy Donavon gave the ending away on her show - she should have been sued.

I try to avoid any spoilers and even trailers for films I may be interested in, I enjoy watching them not knowing what is going to happen.

The film 'May' being a personal favourite. Bought blind, and it's always been in my 'top ten' of favourite Horror.
