Best horror movie villains

Dracula (translates as Son of Dracul) beats all of them hanRAB down. What can be better than someone who really did exist and has a reputation of impaling his enemies on stakes.
 
(1) Freddie - In a scene in the New Nightmare
where he drags the babysitter across the ceiling asking the kid if he has ever played Skin The Cat

(2) Chucky

(3) Jack Nicholson in The Shining

(4) The Mother & Son in Sleepwalkers

(5) Stripe in Gremlins

(6) Maria in the sound of my A*se - The most horrifying character of all time, still to these day, I cannot bring myself to watch it :D.
 
In the evil children category, Isaac Chroner in the original Children of the Corn.

Also his evil henchman(boy), Malachai.

Scared the bejesus out of me as a kid!
 
Chucky! I found him scary yet so hilarious at the same time. Especially in Chucky 2 when...


He comes out of the classroom closet and slaps the stick with his hand and says something like 'you've been very naughty Mrs. whatshername. Made me laugh.
