Best GSM (at&t bands) phone with no camera and no bluetooth

So I am looking for the "best" GSM phone (at&t bands, which I believe are 850 and 1900MHz) with no camera and no bluetooth. I would prefer something from either Sony Ericsson or Nokia, but would of course buy from other manufacturers.

Any ideas? I was looking at the Noka 6030, but it feels pretty darn cheap. I don't believe SE makes any phones without a camera these days, but hopefully I'm wrong.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and the best place to buy one from would also help me out! Thanks!

Nokia 1650, Danger Sidekick iD, Motorola W208, Motorola MOTOFONE F3, Samsung X467. Samsung T219, Samsung X507.

There really aren't any decent phones that don't have bluetooth. I'd say the Sidekick iD would be your best bet.

Why no bluetooth? I've heard the no camera thing but why no bluetooth?
 
Good luck getting that MOTOFONE F3 in 850/1900. I have heard that they exsist, but trying to find one is just about impossible. I am also curious about the no Bluetooth thing, the camera I can understand but not the Bluetooth.
 
Thanks for the tips.

Can't have bluetooth either. BT is an unsecure wireless transmission protocol, and can be easily taken over by nefarious folk. Not going to fly where my paychecks are cut.

Any other phones I should consider?
