best free domain host?

Hey I have been using the website webs.com for hosting, and i like alot of its features, such as support for pre-made templates or just your own html file you upload, though it is a bit restrictive at times, not allowing support for ruby on rails or php 5 without paying and having a maximum data transfer of 500mb per month. Could somebody point me to a less-restrictive free domain host? thanks in advance
