Best finale of these Teen Hero shows.

So in the Mid 2000's right up to this year we had a bunch of shows that seemed to focus on teen heros. Most of them have officially or unofficially been canned. A few are left, Legion, Avatar (though I'm not sure I'd put it in the superhero genre), and Ben 10 (though he's not a teenager.) Anyway, I wanted to put the question out. In any case we seem to be on the down side of that fad, so I wanted to put it out there.

Which had the best finale? IE which did the best job of sending off the series.

Though I think Teen Titan's was the best put together of the show's listed, I actually wasn't to happy with the way the series ended. I never liked shows that left endings up to our imagination. Trouble in Tokyo felt more like a finale to me.

If Kim Possible had ended with So The Drama then I probably would have voted for that. Despite my worse predictions Season 4 was pretty cool (rub it in TusconCoyote) but Graduation didn't seem to reach the emotional level of the "original" finale.

So it really comes down to Danny Phantom and American Dragon for me. Both had pretty solid finale's that felt...well final. DP's finale had many flaws, and didn't wrap up everything in quite the way I would have liked, but coming away from it I couldn't help but smile, I can't really say that for Hong Kong Longs. For those that had been watching the series for a long time it was a very satisfying conclusion.

P.S Did Juniper Lee even have a finale?

I gotta go wsith Danny Phantom, simply because i dint realy watch much of Kim Possibles last season, and i dint like Hong Kong Longs.

(also, of them all i liked Danny Phantom the best overall)

Teen Titans and Kim Possible had the best finales. Jake Long's finale was way too rushed and should have been a two-parter. Danny Phantom's finale was a two-parter, but it was just outright absurd and anticlimactic. Kim Possible's settled everything quite nicely and Teen Titans' real finale was the awesome Titans Together, whereas Things Change was somewhat of it's Epilogue (think JLU).

Neither the finale to Teen Titans or Trouble in Tokyo felt like finales at all. In fact, Trouble in Tokyo pissed me off.

All that opportunity for a decent ending to save the actual finale and they waste it on filler and sub-par animation. They would have sold more DTVs if they'd just done the former, I'm sure.

For me, its a tie between Danny Phantom and Kim Possible. Sure, the finale for DP did have its flaws, but it actually gave some closure for the story. The only things that I didn't like were how Tucker became major all of a sudden and I felt that the treatment towards Valid at the end was kind of sad. Yes, he was a villian and brought it on himself in many ways, but I still felt that the asteroid scene was kind of mean to do. As for Kim Possible, I thought that it was a great way to end the series. It captured the changes that teenagers often face as they enter into graduation, not to mention that it had beautiful focus on the relationship between Kim and Ron. I really didn't see the finale as being rushed. I could see what they could have done if the finale was a movie instead of an hour episode, but given the time frame, I thought that it was handle quite nicely. My only problems with it was how there isn't a conclusion to the college issue that Kim and Ron were facing, but in the grand scheme of things, that isn't too bad.

The other finales, on the other hand, I didn't like how they ended at all. Teen Titans had an opened ending that was way too open for my taste. While I did enjoy the episode The Hong Kong Longs, it was way too rushed for an ending. There was just too much happening to fit it all in a half-hour. If it was a two-parter, like the Kim Possible finale, or was made into a movie, then it would have had a much better finale. I did enjoy the Teenage Robot movie, but I didn't think that was a finale since I thought that it was made before season three. I'm not too sure about that. I also didn't see the finale for Juniper Lee since I barely watched the show to begin with.
