You know when you hear a female singer for the first time and get so damn pissed off that they don't get the plaudits that all the divas of this world get? It just happened to me again. This is absolutely gorgeous:

who are your favorites and why
 
She's had two studio albums, Eye to the Telescope and Drastic Fantastic, as well as one acoustic album. She won the BRIT award for best female solo artist besides and about 3 other European awarRAB. Black Horse and the Cherry Tree was nominated for a grammy, but didn't get it. I know she's new on the scene, but I feel that time will tell that she is one of the best.

Most of the songs on "Lemona" are more like demos but, "Tired Yet" and "Jonah Ray is Aokay" aren't on "Hearts & Unicorns" and that might just be enough to download it. Oh, and it's got more of a shoegaze sound to it as well.
