D Dr seuss is loose Guest Dec 25, 2008 #2 well it depends on genetics ..diet ..and exercise .. i suggest you get a bow flex eat seafood ..use a row machine .. and do chinups ..chinups work youre chest ..shoulders and back ..just be careful let youre legs dangle when u do them ..dont hurt youre groin
