Initially Darkwing's story was going to be called "The Triumphant Triumph of Darkwing Duck". Gosalyn's story was titled "The Haunting of Mr. Banana Brain." I think they're both great titles.

And ya gotta love "Life, The Negaverse and Everything."

And my favorite Rocko's Modern Life title was "Shnit Heads".

I laugh so hard every time I see or listen to it.

Some more:
-Duckman: "Days of Whining and Neurosis": It's a pun on a film title but it also hints at the plot. And it just has a nice ring to it.
"The One With Lisa Kudrow in a Small Role": Cute Friends parody, since all their titles began with "The One With..."

-Rocko's Modern Life: "Ed is Dead! A Thriller": I love how they tacked "A Thriller" onto the end of that so we know for sure it's a horror/suspense short. :p

-Excel Saga: "Big City, Part II": This is funny because there is no "Big City, Part I". Just one of the many convention-shaking things the show does. :D

-Family Guy: "The Cleveland-Loretta Quagmire": Not only is it a pun, but it tells the plot of the episode AND mentions all three main players in it as well. It's one of the best FG titles of all time.

-Bonkers: "Do Toons Dream of Animated Sheep?": Someone on the writing staff must've loved Philip K. Dick.

South Park

Something Wal-Mart This Way Comes
Krazy Kripples

How imaginative; speaking of "bad episode titles" for TV series... ;-)

A good episode title, despite being way overused in the comics by now, is S:TAS' "Apokolips Now". Pun-ny and accurate!

Actually, many Looney Tunes (particularly the Road Runners) have deliciously and imaginatively bad puns for titles. My Favorites:

Gee Whiz-z-zzzz-z-zz!
Going! Going! Gosh!
Whoa, Be Gone!
Wild About Hurry
War and Pieces

And there's that Sylvester and Tweety cartoon Muzzle Tough, which was directed by Friz Freleng, who was Jewish.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Bullwinkle yet. The groan inducing "next time" titles are legendary. My favorite is Morning becomes Electra....cuted. Another favorite (from the same saga) is one where Bullwinkle is tricked into playing football to leave the manor he had to stay in for a week. Tune in next time for Fifty Cents Lost...or Get that Half-Back.

I also love the Hoppity Hooper episode subtitle Who put the Wigglesworth in Mrs. Murphy's Chowder?
