Best Energy Food/Drink For Sport?

Ok, in an hour i am leaving for soccer and i am going to be playing two 80 minute matches.
i had a good sleep but now i need to know what i should have now and take with me to stay at my best throughout the day.
 
PASTA. Eat lots of carbs now, e.g. pasta, potatoes, rice etc. And that will keep you going as there slow burning.

Take a banana with you for between matches, they give you a quick boost of energy.

Also recommend a sports drink. Any will do there all basically the same.
