For me the endings of Carrie, The Godfather (Part 1) and Life is Beautiful really deliver. The hand shooting up out of the grave always makes me jump, the last scene of the Godfather is really chilling and the end of Life is Beautiful makes me cry!!

Also Carrie has a great ending. It's hard to pick the best as there are so many.
