I'm surprised Buddy Rich isn't on that list, he is probably one of the best, and Sam Woodyard, while isn't the best known drummer, look at a video he can do fast drum rolls.

I struggled to come up with 20 since I'm not a drumming fanatic. But I think those are all good drummers. Marked with * are the ones judged from what I've heard (which isn't much).
 
I don't think you can accurately label one particular drummer as the best. They all have different skills that make them both talented and unique.
 
Whoever it is, that person is a jazz drummer honestly. i havent listened to enough jazz to have a strong opinion, but jazz drummers are by far the best. its crazy how good they have to be
