Okay so I currently use Pur Minerals. I like it, but it wears off kind of quickly and it's expensive. It gives full coverage, which I need since I have normal to oily skin, acne, acne scarring, and some dry spots. So what is the best foundation I can find at a drug store for medium-full coverage? It must last all day without wearing off. I'm fine with doing a powder touch up, but not every hour or something. Drug store foundations only please, I'm on a low makeup budget 
Oh, one more thing- What's the best face primer that I can find at Walgreens? I'd like to start using one but again, I don't want to spend $25 on a primer.
