Best Door Speakers for Toyota 4Runner?

I've got a 2000 Toyota 4Runner and I need to replace the door speakers.. (They're 6 1/2" in the front and 5 3/4" speakers in the back) and i'm just looking for some input on some good door speakers. I want some with good power, crisp, and have pretty good bass. I've got a Rockford Fosgate Power T2 sub, so I need something that will complement that. Thanks!

Also, the audio place said i would need an adapter to make them fit a 4Runner, any info on that?
 
I would suggest going to crutchfield and talking to a worker there because they do wonders. They have a website and you can chat online with them and it is great help. Either that or check out any polk audio speaker, they're the best in the market for good prices.
