Best country to study abroad for a Polish girl.?

This is no secret that Europeans are not known for liking other European countries. I've lived in the U.S. half my life and I want to study abroad in Europe. Except for Poland, what would be the funnest/best country to study abroad without worrying about rascism. For example I've heard that Polish people are not well liked in England, Ireland, Germany etc.
 
Is launguage an issue? I doubt France would be acceptive, considering all the crap I've heard about their intolerance for every race other than French. Maybe Spain or Italy?
