Best concert you've been to?

I live out on the middle of the dang prairie so there are pretty much no concert venues around here. The closest is Kansas City but thats a good 250 miles away.
With the very few concerts I have managed to go to, I would have to say Willie Nelson and Family was one hell of a great concert. Almost all original merabers.

Willie pointed at me, I know he did. :)

Hmm. Not sure, but it's Bob Dylan, I'd love to see him anyways.

And ^Josephine, I know. haha. sucks, I don't have any contact with the guy who took it.

Iggy and The Stooges bar none! Iggy is f*cking amazing live! They put on an amazing show and I got about 1 foot away from Iggy. Saw them at Massey Hall in Toronto. What a great place to see a band! RIP Ron Asheton. To bad he died. The Stooges will NEVER be the same.

I managed to see Gyroscope,Shihad and Sugar Army in my hometown, was incredible as for those who don't know of Gyro or Shihad these two banRAB are the best live acts in Australia at the moment and Sugar Army are a band on the rise.

^ Awwh, Thats so sweet. awesome.

When i saw REM, Patti Smith got on stage and her and micheal stipe hugged for what felt like ages...humm.

I just got back from a free Cherry Poppin daddys show at Harahs Casino, they rocked, just as good as the first time i saw them. Downpoint- their
drummer went to the hospital with an asthma atack..good point-it was free and the sound was awesome, the stage was behind the bar, barlevel, nice....

ya, i lost alot of money...ended up spending way more than we would have if we would of had to pay to see them anywhere else, but super fun, and im kinda sore from dancing so much, they played two sets, one at eight and one at ten, we caught most of the fist set, and stuck around for all of the second set, afterwarRAB we hit up a strip club...ahhh, fun fun fun..and ya, ive drank my share again tonight, what can i say, i didnt pay for it, so i didnt turn it down....

Ooh there's a few.

The Libertines at the start of 2002, when they still had a full band and I was onstage dancing with them as they played a tiny venue.

Sonic Youth; and Mogwai, both at the same amazing venue, not as small but both blew me away.

The Liars the first time I seen them, 2001 when I'd never heard them before and they made everyone sit up and listen. And dance.

The Hidden Cameras put on an amazing show.

..And You Will Know Us by The Trail of Dead. Tiny venue. Class.

Super Furry Animals.

Low.

Explosions in the sky come close too.

Oh I give up, I suck at picking a faveourite, there's too many good ones... hopefully the pixies will be up there somewhere.

Oh yeah, it's a total dump and I try not to use the restroom if at all possible while there. lol. I've seen Sevendust there a couple times and except for the time I had to take my brother home early because he started a drunken fight, I always have an awesome time! It's the perfect size place to see any rock show really.

the white stripes - 5.7.2005. zagreb....what can i say, they rocked me hard....( only one complaint, they literally said two things to the crowd, hello i'm jack white and this is my sister meg, and goodnight, a bit more communication with the crowd wouldn't have hurt, this way it seemed like they wanted to get it over with as fast as possible and get the hell out of here....)
