Best College for turning Correspondence Courses into Civillian Ed. Credit Hours?

Just trying to make my next rank, and I pretty much need as many Civillian Ed credit hours as possible. I heard there was some college who could pretty much take my Military Ed. and Correspondence Courses and give me enough College credit hours to max out the points for civilian Ed. Anyone know of one?
