Best cleaner fish for my piranha?

I have a large tank filled with 40 juvenile Piranhas, so putting in a cleaner fish now with them to grow up with will give
It the best chance of survival.......

So my question is what would Make the best cleaner fish that would pretty much eat Anything, I'm talking fish
Scales, small peices of Left over fish/small mammals, worms, any type of leftover meat,
So basically I'm in the market
For A Vacuum cleaner forMy piranha
 
You're the best cleaner for the tank. Any "cleaner fish" makes just as much poop and mess as the Piranha and won't really do any kind of cleaning.

Improve your filtration and do more water changes with a good substrate vacuum - a bare bottomed tank will make it easier to keep clean.
