Best chat up lines to use?

Theres this guy i really like, i see him around alot in my hometown but we`ve never talked before. how do i start speaking to him? what are the best chat up lines to use? I`ve never done this before. I really need your help
 
Tell him that his dad must be a thief because he stole the stars and put them in his eyes.

or how about you must be tired...
"WHY" he will ask

and you reply because you have been running through my mind all day haha :P
 
Don't bother with chat up lines...they never work! Just try spark up a convo about something that's going on around you...or ask him directions to somewhere...i dont know...something simple. Then maybe if there's a bit of chemistry (you'll prob see if he's interested) then you might talk about other things and progress

straight and to the point. works every time.
 
I don't agree with 'chat up lines' there all cheesy and come across lame.
I know if you were to walk up to the guy and say 'hey' it would be daunting but it shows you have confidence.
If you don't want to go about it that way, try get to speak to him online and next time you see him around just be like 'hey' one thing might lead to the next - just go with the flow, no need for chat up lines.

Just approach him, chat up lines aren't really that good in my opinion, just approach him, say hi, ask a question about something really innocent and then just increase on the conversation (maybe not on the same day.. like ask him an innocent question on one day and hen a day or two later be like "ahhh the guy who helped me with *whatever question you asked* - you ok?" kinda thing?)
