Elwood: It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?

Bullit was always fun to watch, but I've always been partial to The Man With The Golden Gun. Bond and Sheriff J Dubya Pepper in an AMC Hornet zooming over the river and borked twisty bridge. Superb chase scene :)

The episode where Maddy insists they try to cut costs, and David has to give up his beemer. That Yugo was doomed :)
 
Taxi 2 had a good one at the end I think when all the 206 Police cars are just piling up (similar to Blue Brothers I think).

I really like the fire truck chase in Terminator 3 - absolutely thrilling that one.
